**Purpose of This Role: -**

To ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees and other accounts activities
- Initiate and implement salary increments for all staff and labour in conjunction with management
- To make sure 100% adherence of HR labour Compliance w.r.t minimum wages, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS etc
- To make new joinee’s salary structure as per norms defined while maintaining parity of salaries/designation within the organisation.
- To implement and manage the gradation system of employees.
- Monitor and ensure yearly payments towards Gratuity and Staff Insurance is done.
- To handle PF and Gratuity claims
- To update and implement policies pertaining to attendance, leave management, exit, travel and code of conduct to ensure that all employees adhere to the processes laid down.
- To be abreast with all provisions pertaining to Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Assisting in processing salary
- To co-ordinate with compliance team for payment and filing of monthly returns related of PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, TDS
- Assist in processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- General Ledger Maintenance in Tally
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries in Tally
- Record journal entries and adjustments as directed by senior accountants.
- Assist in preparing various financial reports and statements.

**Skills and requirements: -**
- 2-4yrs experience in accounts or similar activities
- Proficient in advance excel with mastery of used functions like V-LOOKUP, H-LOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS etc.
- Ability to create Pivot Tables to summarize, analyze and present data effectively.
- Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
- Proven experience in assisting payroll process of the organization
- Proficient in using accounting software - Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- and time-management abilities.
