We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team and manage our payroll operations. We are Looking for a US Payroll Domain with working experience in US Payroll.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Process weekly payroll for employees of the US, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.

·        Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax calculations, filings, and payments.

·        Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.

·        Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.

·        Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues.

·        Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries for management and accounting purposes.

·        Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

·        Collaborate with US GMs to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, and

changes in employee status.

·        Create and maintain detailed MIS reports to support management decision-making and strategic planning.

·        Implement and maintain payroll best practices and process improvements.

·        Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

 

·        Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·        Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.

·        Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        High attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

·        Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
