We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team and manage our payroll operations. We are Looking for a US Payroll Domain with working experience in US Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly payroll for employees of the US, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.·
Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax calculations, filings, and payments.·
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.·
Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.·
Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues.·
Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries for management and accounting purposes.·
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.·
Collaborate with US GMs to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, andchanges in employee status.·
Create and maintain detailed MIS reports to support management decision-making and strategic planning.·
Implement and maintain payroll best practices and process improvements.·
Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and regulations.
Qualifications:
·
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.·
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.·
Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.·
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·
High attention to detail and accuracy.·
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.·
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
