The role of an Executive Assistant is to be a primary point of contact for the Executive Management Team, assist with daily administrative duties and tasks, coordinate and maintain the calendar, organize all appointments, liaise with clients when needed, arrange travel, and produce reports. The Executive Assistant must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple tasks while managing confidential information. They should also have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as computer literacy.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Executive Assistant provides an elevated level of administrative support according to the Executive Management Team. This role includes:
- Preparations of reports, presentations, meeting notes and minutes for Executive Management team.
- Acting as the point of contact between the internal or external executives.
- Travelling occasionally for the meetings.
- Liaise with clients and internal project teams on behalf of Executive Management team when required.
- Arrange travel accommodations for staff when required.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing correspondence for Executive Management team.
- Assists with daily administrative duties and completes broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, drafting letters, etc.
- Development of communication programs to support internal employee communications and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage and complete follow up for prospective projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times which is necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and responsibilities.
**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- 1-2 Years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable to travel for meetings with the Management.
- Must be soft spoken.
- Must have knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of professionals.
- Organized, attentive, observant.
- An empathetic and patient approach towards situations, and problems.
- Experience and inclination towards research-based work.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic - environment, exceptional work ethic.
