**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Task Assignment**: Efficiently allocate tasks and responsibilities to office personnel based on skill sets and workload.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct regular follow-ups with employees to ensure the timely completion of tasks, address any issues, and provide necessary support.
- **Coordination**: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Workflow Management**: Maintain and enhance smooth workflow by identifying bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and optimizing resource utilization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration or coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
