**Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive - Maize Bio-Products**

**Location: Parel**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field (BSc Agriculture preferred)**:

- **3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, and post sales preferably in the agriculture sector**:

- **Strong understanding of maize cultivation and bio-products**:

- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**:

- **Proven track record of meeting sales targets**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and qualify potential customers for maize and its bio-products**:

- **Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients**:

- **Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions**:

- **Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with customers**:

- **Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules**:

- **Track and report sales activity and customer feedback**:

- **Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities**:

- **Respond promptly to leads generated through various online platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.**:

- **Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they match the company's target market and have genuine interest**:

- **Client Communication**:

- **Initiate outbound calls to follow up with leads and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.**:

- **Provide detailed information about the company's products/services and address any queries or concerns the leads may have.**:

- **Sales Collateral Development**:

- **Pipeline Management**:

- **Monitor and manage the online leads pipeline diligently, ensuring leads are progressed through the sales process efficiently.**:

- **Prioritize follow-up actions based on lead responsiveness and potential for conversion.**:

- **Relationship Building**:

- **Build rapport with online leads by delivering personalized and attentive communication.**:

- **Engage in active listening to understand the main points and objectives of the leads, fostering trust and credibility.**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- **Stay informed about the latest trends and strategies in online lead generation and digital marketing.**:

- **Analyze data from online lead sources to identify patterns and optimize lead generation campaigns for better results.**:

- **Performance Reporting**:

- **Generate regular reports on the performance of online lead generation campaigns, including metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.**:

- **Use insights from reporting to refine strategies and improve the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.**:

- **Engagement Maestro: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their maize pre order needs and preferences.**:

- **Information Conductor: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our agricultural offerings, showcasing the unique features and benefits that align with the potential client's requirements.**:

- **Follow-Up Choreographer: Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads to address any additional questions, concerns, or provide further information, maintaining a consistent line of communication.**:

- **Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each lead's status.**

**Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month**
