IT Inside Sales

**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain client relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations. Understand clients’ IT needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored IT solutions. Nurture existing client relationships and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling IT services.
Develop and present IT proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential IT clients. Customize proposals to address clients’ specific IT requirements, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company’s IT products, services, or solutions.
Collaborate with internal IT teams: Work closely with IT professionals, solution architects, and project managers to ensure the smooth execution of IT business development initiatives. Coordinate efforts to deliver IT solutions that meet clients’ expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close deals: Engage in contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions, for IT projects or services. Close deals and secure contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies: Continuously enhance IT industry knowledge and stay informed about market trends, technological advancements, and IT best practices. Attend IT conferences, seminars, and industry events to expand the professional network and identify IT business opportunities.
