**Job Description for: Back office Executive**
**Programs & Claims Processing **: Understand all OEM Target Programs and their Achievement, get Sales-Purchase data from Tally, evaluating them, process claims as per working calculations and follow-up till complete process of Claims.
**Sales / Purchase Performance **:Get data from Tally of Sales & Purchase on Periodic basis, check & update on purchase & sales targets /achievements, analyse sales / purchase reports.
**Sales Leads /Opportunity Generations**:Get qualified data for leads & opportunities generated from different Sites /Online Portals/ Offline sources, cold calling to customers/ Partners for lead generations, briefing about company profile to them, asking for any enquiries, getting requirements and forward it to Sales Team.
**Subscriptions / Agreements **:Keeping records for all software Subscriptions & Agreements. Checking previous agreements, records, reminder for Renewals.
**Support to Channel Team** : Calling to partners for any enquiries, Product promotion activities, generating Sales /margin reports from tally.
**Data management** : Manage data of customers/Vendors/ Products in CRM software, generate reports from CRM.
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
