**Profile Introduction**:

- As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales processes, and facilitating communication between internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities - In-House**:

- **Order Processing**: Manage and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, quotes, and proposals.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the sales team for performance improvement.
- **Support**: Assist the sales team in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and handling inquiries.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
