Primary accountability involves formulating the yearly Sales & Marketing strategy to attain the objectives established by the management.

Collaborates regularly with the Regional Sales teams to oversee their activities, including efforts, prospecting, lead generation, presentations, and negotiations.

Oversees the Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) and gathers feedback on daily calls.

Consistently checks the status of tentative and confirmed bookings, assisting in facilitating deal closures.

Evaluates daily business performance and provides forecasts for the quarterly business plan.

Examines all action plans, addressing issues in discussions with the relevant Regional Sales Officers (RSOs) and the hotel.

Creates new packages and communicates them to all RSOs.

In key skill

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
