**Customer Support Representative (Healthcare)**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding healthcare products or services.
2. Provide solutions and guidance to customers in a professional and timely manner.
3. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Assist customers in navigating healthcare systems, including understanding insurance coverage and benefits.
5. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and provide any necessary additional support.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
8. Stay updated on the latest healthcare industry regulations and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and identify areas for process improvement.
10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and technical skills to effectively troubleshoot customer issues.
**Qualification**:
- 12th Science, DMLT, MLT, Graduation with Science Stream
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
