Position: Inside Sales Executive - PR

Location: Kolkata

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner as per

given targets.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide

solutions and/or alternatives.
- Strong communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree

Qualifications:
1. Any Graduate degree with a focus on marketing, business administration

2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

4. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

6. Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.

7. A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.

8. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Expected Start Date: 15/03/2024

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
