Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Front Desk Management:

- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

2. Administrative Support:

- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

3. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and staff.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for general inquiries.

4. Office Coordination:

- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain office efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate with building management for maintenance and facilities needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
