- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _**Provide Front desk reception duties for the head office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally**_
- _**Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items**_
- _**Responsible for all general office administrative work**_
- _**Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events**_
- _**Perform data-entry, documentation and maintain accurate records of bill entries, cheque entries etc**_
- _**Ensures that the office is clean and that each staff member has the necessary supplies**_
- _**Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required**_
- _**Coordinating for the maintenance and repair of devices for the head office**_
- _**Execute all administrative tasks as and when allotted as per situations**_
- **Requirements**:_
- _**Bachelor’s qualification with excellent communication skills**_
- _**Minimum 1-2years relevant experience preferred**_
- _**Languages: English, Gujarati & Hindi**_
- _**Possess good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service.**_
- _**Pro-active, and responsible**_
- _**Abilities to multi-task and work independently**_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
