We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, taking messages as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required for security purposes.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage conference room bookings, ensuring availability and proper setup.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting for office equipment such as printers and copiers.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as requested.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
