E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:
The eCommerce Executive will oversee and manage sales operations across multiple eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Tata 1MG, and the company’s internal website, timepads.in. This role is crucial in optimizing product listings, executing marketing strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring seamless operations to drive growth. Prior experience in managing eCommerce for sanitary pads or diapers would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Oversee and optimize product listings and storefronts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Tata 1MG, and other third-party platforms.
Ensure accuracy and optimization of product information for enhanced search visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Internal Website Operations:
Maintain and update product listings and content on timepads.in.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website operates smoothly and efficiently.
Manage and execute promotional campaigns on the company website.
Sales Optimization:
Analyze sales data across all platforms to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize product pricing, descriptions, keywords, and imagery to boost visibility and sales performance.
Leverage analytical tools and reports for data-driven decision-making.
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels across all sales channels.
Manage logistics and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Handle product returns and resolve any related issues promptly.
Marketing Initiatives:
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including sponsored ads and promotional offers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure online campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
Monitor and measure the success of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently across all platforms.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring positive ratings and reviews.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Analytics and Reporting:
Generate regular sales and performance reports for senior management review.
Use data insights to propose improvements and new strategies for growth.
Monitor the competitive landscape and report on market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms, especially Amazon and Flipkart.
Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies and SEO.
Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms especially into personal care - sanitary pads, Diapers.
Proficiency in eCommerce tools and analytics software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Analytics, Seller Central, and other eCommerce tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Work Environment:
This role typically operates in a professional office setting.
Occasional attendance at company events and off-site meetings may be required.
