**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketplace Management**:
- Manage and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, tata, etc.).
- Monitor and update product information, including pricing, images, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific policies and guidelines.
- **Sales & Performance Optimization**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and sales on marketplaces.
- Analyze sales performance and marketplace analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure competitive pricing and identify market trends.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:
- Oversee inventory levels and product availability to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- **Customer Experience & Feedback**:
- Manage customer reviews, ratings, and feedback across platforms.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all product listings are aligned with customer expectations and feedback.
- **Advertising & Promotions**:
- Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on marketplaces, including Amazon Sponsored Products and eBay Promoted Listings.
- Plan and execute promotional strategies, including discounts, deals, and bundles, to drive sales.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, conversion rates, ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), and ROI.
- Provide regular updates and insights on sales trends, competitive landscape, and marketplace performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, with a strong focus on online sales and marketplace optimization.
- Hands-on experience with major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.), including product listing, advertising, and performance tracking.
- Proficient in using e-commerce tools, marketplace dashboards, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with product photography, listing optimization, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with multi-channel selling and integration of multiple online marketplaces.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar.
- Experience in advertising and managing PPC campaigns on digital marketplaces.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
**Salary**:
3.5 lakh to 5.5 lakh (IN HAND SALARY, NO HIDDEN CTC)
