Job Title: Business Development Executive Company: Codelayer Technologies Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Stay updated on industry trends and maintain basic knowledge of the IT industry to effectively promote and sell products/services. - Work towards building a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. - Address client queries and provide timely and accurate information. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of the IT industry. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - No travel restrictions or issues.
