- Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
**Qualifications**
- Any Bachelor’s degree
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good client management skills
- Some knowledge of healthcare is a plus
**Role**
- You will be responsible for front office/reception
- First person of contact for all incoming phone call queries regarding the clinic's services and packages and welcome and answer all customer wlakin’s
- Adept at managing the schedule of the clinic, nurses, and doctors and blocking the appointments accordingly
- Ensuring that patient data is accurately maintained and updated appropriately
- Reconciliation of all cash/card/UPI/online payments with the Finance team
- Ordering inventory and general consumables, updating inventory sheet with order status
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
