About the Role:
As a Sales and Operations Coordinator at Bhau Properties, you will be a vital link between our sales team and operational functions, playing a pivotal role in enhancing customer relations and driving sales success. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, a keen understanding of sales processes, and a strong commitment to delivering unparalleled customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Support and Coordination:

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences.
- Assist in the preparation of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to support the sales team in achieving targets.

2. Customer Relations:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Gather client testimonials and feedback to improve service quality.

3. Operational Excellence:

- Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of marketing materials and property listings.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve internal processes and workflows.

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Have a fair idea about the workings and processes in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
