1. Sales and Business Development: Generate new leads, identify potential customers, and build a strong customer base for aluminum doors and windows.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction and building industry. Understand their requirements, provide personalized solutions, and offer excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

4. Technical Expertise: Possess a solid technical understanding of aluminum doors and windows, including their installation methods, hardware options, energy efficiency, and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Be able to provide technical guidance and support to customers and address any concerns or issues they may have.

5. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of HRS Aluglaze’s aluminum doors and windows. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points to potential customers, highlighting how the products meet their specific needs.

6. Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring they are aligned with customer requirements and company pricing policies. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure sales contracts while maximizing profitability.

7. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to aluminum doors and windows. Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market demand, and provide feedback to the management team for product development and marketing strategies.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including engineers, project managers, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
