**Responsibilities**:
**This is an exciting role and would entail you to**

Be responsible for managing and delivering services to employees with operational activities of processes including onboarding, contract change, performance management, C&B, internal mobility, and offboarding.
- Handle incoming calls from employee and address the HR related queries
- Manage to make outbound calls with resolution to employees based on the queries raised
- Analyse and resolve employee queries and take proactive measures by collaborating with different stakeholders internally
- Maintain records of employee queries handled by the individual and presenting the same to the business
- Analyse repeated queries and should highlight it to the supporting teams to do process improvements
- Very good HR knowledge to understand the HR queries and resolve

Qualifications:
**This may be the right role for you if you have**
- 0 - 2 years of experience HR Helpdesk or HR Generalist role
- Should have experience in handling high volume queries
- Good knowledge on HR life cycle management
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy
- Substantial experience working with Human Resource Management Systems (experience in Darwinbox HRMS is preferred)
- Creative problem-solving ability and employee service centric
- Very good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Essential stakeholder management skills.
