**Technical Expectations**:_
- Should be an Experienced Cyber Security Practitioners with wealth of industry experience.
- Should be able to consult top management to deal with data breaches and incidents
- Should be well versed with recent changes in the Regulatory Compliance and Governance.
- Should be effective in communicating all regulators mandates and changes in the guidelines to you to ensure customers are up-to-date for all data privacy and information security mandates
- Should be able to carry out existing gap assessment activity as an onboarding plan
- Should be able to share trusted advisory on information security and data privacy
- Should articulate Strategic and tactical advice to address existing and evolving security threats.
- Represent for the client in regulatory queries.
- Participate in leadership meetings, committees and interaction with board meetings, and other senior executives.
- Help identify, assess and select cost efficient technologies.
- Oversee privacy impact assessments.
- Create, review and optimisation of incident response plans.
- Plan and deliver of security awareness training to executives and the oversight of the larger information security training across the organisation, including information security training and awareness for all staff.
- Should be a leader to manage Information Security Team if need be
- Should be strong in Creating, reviewing and optimising existing information security governance and risk management framework.
- Should be strong in Creating, reviewing and optimising security policy, processes and procedures
- Should possess solid knowledge on Cyber resiliency and incident response maturity to better detect and respond to cyber-attacks.
- Should possess strong understanding of Framework for defense in depth with suitable preventive, detective, corrective and recovery controls.
- Should be able to consult and advise on Security architecture, design and assurance frameworks.
- Should be able to ensure that Management of security compliance and alignment with industry best practice and standards, such as ISO 27001:2013
- Should be strong in facing external regulatory audits and advise customer and get them ready for the external audits.
- Should perform independent internal audits to ensure gap and finding are fixed before regulatory audits
- Should be able to lead a team and assist and train fellow members with relevant guidance
- **Interpersonal Skill**:_
- Should be an effective communicator to senior management
- Excellent in report writing and interpretation
- Should be socially active and connected with CERT-in, RBI, SEBI and other regulatory bodies for advisories

**Certifications**:

- ISO 27001 / CISA / CISM / CRISC /Data Privacy

**Experience**:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in GRC domain
- 1-3 years of experience with Regulatory engagements such as SEBI / RBI / CERT-in

**Notice period**:

- 30 days or less

**Location**:

- Thane and willing to travel at customer location as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
