Compliance Manager

Corporate Solutions (Integrated Facilities Management)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERALL ROLE

The role to ensure adherence of all Labour compliance, Building statutory compliances, and ensuring compliance to SOPs and SLAs.

:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation of  Compliances  according to The CLRA, and other corporate laws.
Maintenance of Statutory registers and Compliance certificates Co-ordinate with the respective stakeholder and ensure that proper controls are put in place to mitigate the  compliance  risk Manage and conducts regulatory  compliance  reviews and continuous monitoring efforts by evaluating line of business internal controls  Hands-on experience in technology-based compliance management tools Manage day to day Pre employment Screening compliances Publish periodic report Maintain both soft and hard copy of the compliance records, approvals, consents etc  Maintaining database of vendors/suppliers’ category wise

Client/Stakeholder Management (in support of the Site lead)

Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the delivery and Engineering team

Leadership / Staff Management

Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, service and performance excellence and personal success

Operations Management

Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that all compliance as(ects are met at all times. Provide comprehensive dash board to the Property Service Manager Be able to resolve problems or improve operations Prepare risk assessments for self-delivery

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience

Prior work experience in Facility Management Industry. Graduate in any discipline with Min 3 to 5 years of total work experience Practical and working knowledge of corporate laws. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point.
Documentation and administrative skills.

Detail focussed and proactive in nature Self-motivated Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness Open to new ideas & willing to challenge status quo Works well with diverse teams from various countries/cultures
