**KPI Management**
- To collate data for regulatory compliances (viz; complaints, conflict of interest, sanctions & third party) and publish various monthly and quarterly reports/ dashboards
- To collate data for operational and regulatory compliances (viz; complaints & incidents) and publish the Mumbai Compliance dashboard
- Establish and maintain databases of business information to support processing and reporting, including the maintenance of the PowerBI dashboard
- Working with the overall Compliance unit to meet any MI requirements/ reporting
- Maintenance of the data, follow through on trending and supply as and when requested
- Deliver as per the KPI’s defined for the role, to always maintain set SLA Accuracy/quality, and maintain TAT standards prescribed by the Business Unit
- Manage workload/ volumes and delivery expectations as per business requirement
- Develop a sound understanding of the business process
- Update work tracker and time tracking tools accurately and on real time basis
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders on data and output
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Manager
- Ensure adherence to compliance and operate within the guidelines of internal and external regulators
- Ensure that all statutory and company procedures are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues, and the business interests of the company
- Contribute to the implementation of systems changes and other projects required by the business.
- Continuous improvements in the process to make it more efficient and accurate simultaneously time saving
**Operations Management/Operational Effectiveness**
- Participate and contribute to team huddles
- Understanding the requirements of new activities / one-time activities and delivering with the expected quality and within timelines
- Proactively support key initiatives that have been delivered to implement change
- To ensure any feedback (including breach/errors) found in the process is informed to the team Manager instantly
- Participate in OPEX ideation to identify potential process improvement areas
**Relationship management**
- Ensure ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external)
- Ensure teamwork and effective communication within the team
**People management/ development**
- Conduct process mentoring and on the job training for new joiners/ team members
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
**Skills**:
- Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
- Ability to evaluate information in order to verify accuracy of Willis Towers Watson’ compliance standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with limited to no supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
- Computer skills which include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel, VBA
- Proficiency with Power BI, Smartsheet, SQL

Knowledge/Experience:
- Management Information collation and production, analysis of the data
- Knowledge of Insurance Products and Brokerage business.
- Prior experience working in a quality environment.
- Insurance Industry experience, preferably that related to service industry.
