Prepare and cook high-quality continental cuisine dishes according to standardized recipes and specifications.
- Assist in menu planning, development, and execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items during service periods.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in placing orders to ensure adequate supplies are maintained.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques and best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Continental Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable brand hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of continental cuisine techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking and time management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:Cooking and Food Preparation:Prepare and cook dishes as per the menu, ensuring consistency in taste, flavor, and presentation. Oversee the cooking process and manage timing to ensure timely service. Quality Control:Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
