**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Commis and other kitchen staff in your section.
- Ensure that food preparation areas are clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely production of food items.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.
**Requirements**:
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong culinary skills and expertise in Multicuisine, Continental, and Indian cuisines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Salary**: ₹511,785.49 - ₹1,192,319.31 per year
