**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Promote the company’s offerings to potential and existing clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- **Sales Planning and Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and execute a sales plan to achieve set goals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:
- Stay updated on the company’s products, services, pricing, and market trends.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management.
- Recommend new product or service enhancements based on market feedback.
- **Administrative and Reporting Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Handle paperwork and documentation related to contracts and sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the hospitality.
- Knowledge of the local market and client base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with flexibility to travel for client meetings.
