JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FRONT-OFFICE EXECUTIVE

About us:
**Job Description**:
⦁ Managing Front-desk activities and handling telephone consul.

⦁ Handling visitors and clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

⦁ Responsible for Security and managing the flow of visitors and clients in and out of the office.

⦁ Responsible for Housekeeping and ensuring upkeep of the reception area.

⦁ Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning and documentation

⦁ Handling dispatch documents

⦁ Preparing meeting and training rooms.

⦁ Assisting administrative tasks by performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

⦁ Provide excellent customer service.

Job Specification:
⦁ Must be a Graduate from any stream.

⦁ Work Experience of at least 3+ years

⦁ Should be Proficient in English and Hindi. Being multi-lingual would be a definite advantage.

⦁ Good experience as a front desk executive or in a similar role.

⦁ Excellent customer service skills.

⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

⦁ Must carry a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

⦁ Must be reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills.

⦁ Should portray professional appearance and demeanour.
