**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Provide excellent customer service**:As the primary point of contact for clients, it is the Customer Experience Representative's responsibility to provide exceptional customer service. This includes answering inquiries promptly and professionally, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

**Setting Appointments**: The CXR should be able to schedule appointments with customers for the Account Management team to discuss services. E.i renewals, upsell, cross-sale The CXR should also be able to follow up with prospects to ensure that they attend the scheduled appointments.

**Pipeline Management**:The CXR should be able to manage and update the renewal pipeline in the HR Covered CRM system. This includes keeping track of the status of customers, opportunities, and ensuring that they are moving through the process.

**Troubleshoot and resolve issues**:The Customer Experience Representative should be able to identify, triage and troubleshoot issues related to HR Covered services.

**Maintain accurate client records**: The Customer Experience Representative should document and maintain accurate client records in HR Covered's Ticketing system.

**Maintain knowledge of HR Covered services**:The Customer Experience Representative should maintain knowledge of HR Covered services. They should be able to communicate the relevant FAQs to clients effectively.

**Meet or exceed performance goals**:The Customer Experience Representative should meet or exceed performance goals related to customer service, client retention, and issue resolution. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product training.

Collaborate with the services teams to provide support during the service process.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working for a company in North America, Europe or Australia
- Past experience in a appointment setting or sales role a PLUS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions to complex issues.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, including TICKETING support software, CRM Systems and Google Workspace.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
