Inside Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage designated pipeline.
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle - handling the initial query to nurturing the lead, negotiation, closing the sale & contract rollout.
- Overcome objections and win customer during customer engagement; identify solutions to issues and concerns.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets on revenue, lead conversion percentage & other related KPIs.
- Collaborate with other teams in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of proven sales experience (preferably in hospitality/co-living)
- Business level English. Proficiency in Indian languages will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Demonstrate sales aptitude (negotiation & closing) with relentlessly high standards.
- Not intimidated by client objections.
- Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision.
- Territory and pipeline management experience using a CRM.
- Coachability, openness to feedback and dedication to consistent self-improvement.
- Knowledge of local market & hospitality.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service in a friendly, timely, and consultative manner using discovery principles to uncover the customer needs and matching to the appropriate Olive by Embassy offering or solution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
