**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Client Acquisition**:
- Achieve individual sales targets for mutual fund products.
- Identify and acquire new clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of mutual funds and tailor investment solutions to their financial goals.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and guidance on their investments.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and address any queries.
**Market Research and Strategy**:
- Stay updated on market trends, mutual fund performance, and economic developments within the Indian financial market.
- Provide insights to the sales team on customer preferences and market demands.
**Reporting and Compliance**:
- Ensure all sales activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all sales practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in mutual fund sales or financial services, with a focus on the Indian market.
- Knowledge of mutual funds, financial products, and the Indian financial landscape.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Relevant certifications in mutual funds or financial planning (preferred).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,428.61 per month
