**Job Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic Field Sales professionals with a proven track record in driving sales through direct customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of sales strategies.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for:

- Conducting field visits to existing customers to explain the company’s offerings and explore new order opportunities.
- Meeting 10-15 GST-registered customers daily.
- Managing sales activities in Gurgaon and nearby areas.
- The average traveling per day will be approx 100 km.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships to drive product sales.
- Converting high-revenue leads into successful sales.
- Retaining customers to encourage repeat business.
- Identifying potential customers, planning visits, managing accounts, and closing deals.
- Maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, including customer information, visit reports, price quotes, and correspondence.
- Developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales targets.

**Desired Profile**:

- ** Educational Background**: Graduate in any discipline (engineering graduates preferred).
- ** Experience**: Prior experience in field sales is essential.
- ** Skills**: Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with e-commerce processes and CRM tools like Zoho CRM or Salesforce is a plus.
- ** Personality Traits**: Highly analytical, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals are preferred.
