**Job Title**: Field Executive - Real Diamond & Gold Jewelry
**Location**: Mangolpuri, Delhi

**Job Summary**
The Field Executive for Real Diamond & Gold Jewelry is responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the jewelry market, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Target Achievement**:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for real diamond and gold jewelry within the designated area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including retail partners, high-net-worth individuals, and jewelry stores.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- **Client Engagement and Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to provide product information, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Offer personalized service and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and emerging opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's diamond and gold jewelry collections, including product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional events to showcase the company’s offerings.
- **Operational Tasks**:
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of sales orders and follow-up on deliveries.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve any operational or customer service issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align field activities with overall business objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions and planning.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales within the jewelry industry or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of the diamond and gold jewelry market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
