**Pre-Sales Executive

CASA is a modular construction company, transforming the construction landscape and elevating the living experience. Stemming from a desire for intelligent, sustainable and superior living experience, CASA is addressing the rising urbanization demand of India’s infrastructure and housing needs by building structures upto 6 floors at a supersonic speed (within 90 days) which are 2X stronger with almost zero wastages and disturbances to the surrounding and nature. It is also designed to ensure minimum energy consumption with net zero smart buildings by adopting collaborative design, manufacturing and assembly processes under the same roof. The only technology which can be fully built in factories integrating the material innovation, software and hardware embedment to give a smarter and more personalized living experience.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, understand their preferences and requirements, and provide personalized assistance throughout the pre-sales journey.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our residential properties, including features, specifications, pricing, and available amenities, to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- **Site Visits and Presentations**: Coordinate site visits for interested buyers, conduct property tours, and deliver engaging presentations to showcase the unique advantages of our pre-cast construction technology.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Assist clients in negotiating terms and conditions of property purchases, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections to facilitate successful closings.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning.
- **Documentation and Follow-Up**: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all pre-sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and payment schedules. Follow up with clients to provide updates and address any post-sales queries or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential buyers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of pre-cast construction technology and residential real estate market dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed..

**Duration**:
