**Responsibilities**:
- Actively seek out New Sales Opportunities in the US Market through Cold Calling, Networking and Social Media.
- Able to Identify Selling Possibilities and Evaluate Customer Needs.
- Generate Leads, compile and update customer database, exploring US and Canada markets for Structural Steel Detailing Services
- Set up meetings with potential clients and explore business synergies.
- Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints.
- Collaborate with the technical team to achieve better results.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- 3 to 6 years of experience in cold calling industry for the US market.
- Gender Preference: Males only
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communicating with international clients.
- Should be able to negotiate with clients and customers to get higher profit margins.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track records in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
