Executive - Vendor Acquisition

This role is responsible for getting spare parts ordered by marketplace customers. The person will be working closely with HOD purchase and will be located at our Hubs in Delhi. In addition to the above, this role will also ensure that all purchases have been made consistent with the company's procurement policy along with managing and cultivating vendor relationships.

**Job Functions -**

**Vendor Management -**
- Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate terms & conditions, pricing agreements with vendors to secure favourable terms for the company.
- Make the comparison of quotes in respect of price, availability, and Payment terms for all available suppliers;
- Develop & maintain strong relationship with vendors.

**Quality Assurance -**
- Ensure that purchase goods and services meet the quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks as needed to verify product/service quality.

**Compliance -**
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, as well as local and international regulations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting procurement.

**Documentation and Reporting -**
- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance & cost analysis

**Supplier Performance Evaluation -**
- Conduct regular evaluations of supplier performance, including delivery timeliness, quality, and service levels.

**Desired Position Qualification -**
- Education Level - Bachelor's Desired
- Understanding of the complete purchase cycle
- Spare parts knowledge
- Prior experience in acquiring vendor
- Vendor negotiations

**Skills Required -**
- Communication skills
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- Attention to Detail
