Job Title: Deputy HR Director

Company: Leading company in the financial and insurance services sector

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining HR strategy for a large regional network and central office departments.
• Being responsible for all HR functions within the scope, including recruitment, C&B, development, and others.
• Managing key HR metrics and implementing initiatives to reduce turnover, increase engagement, etc.
• Engaging with the business to influence the efficiency of Regions and other departments.
• Participating in the formation of the headcount and benefits.
• Executing HR projects, implementing and standardizing them across the Central Office and Regional network.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Director / Senior HR Business Partner in large companies in industries such as banks, telecom, retail chains, logistics, and e-commerce.
• Experience in managing headcount.
• Building long-term relationships within the Company, conducting constructive and well-argued dialogue.
• Sharing the company's values and transmitting them among employees, being an inspiring leader.
• Inspiring and energizing people by example, deeply understanding employee motivation issues, being empathetic, curious, and energetic.
• Results-oriented and business efficient.

Additional Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the IFRS 9 standard regarding retail credit portfolio provisioning.
• Highly skilled in SQL.
• Excellent understanding of portfolio analysis and risk reporting standards according to IFRS.
• At least 4 years of experience in retail credit portfolio reserve calculations.
• Minimum of 2 successful audits according to IFRS standards, conducted by global auditors (Big Four).
• Experience in an international bank or a top-10 bank in the Russian Federation is an advantage.
• Degree in a technical/financial field.
• English language proficiency level B2 or above.
