Hospital Front Desk Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

**Job Summary**:
The GRE serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing assistance, information, and a welcoming environment. They ensure a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process while addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance the hospital's reputation for quality care.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival.
- Assist with check-ins, registrations, and scheduling appointments.
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate documentation.
- Facilitate the check-out process, including handling payments and receipts.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Provide information about hospital services, departments, and facilities.
- Address patient or visitor queries, complaints, and concerns courteously.
- Liaise with clinical and administrative staff to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Act as a point of contact for patient feedback and escalate complex cases as needed.

**3. Coordination**:

- Direct patients and visitors to appropriate departments or locations within the hospital.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate appointments and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and offerings.

**4. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain and organize front desk supplies and forms.
- Record and report daily activities to the relevant supervisor.

**5. Emergency Handling**:

- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations, assisting patients and visitors while coordinating with relevant teams.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- 2-3: 1 year (required)
