Job Title: Serviced Office

Location: Nallurhalli, Bangalore

Job Purpose:
To manage and oversee the daily operations of the serviced office, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient office management, and high levels of client satisfaction. The role requires managing office facilities, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management & Operations:

- Oversee the daily operations of the serviced office, including reception, client services, and facilities.
- Ensure that the office spaces are clean, fully equipped, and operational at all times.
- Coordinate with vendors for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Manage office space allocation and ensure that all office equipment and technology are in working order.
- Implement and maintain health and safety policies.

2. Client Services & Relationship Management:

- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or requests efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
- Conduct tours of the office space for potential clients and explain service offerings.
- Handle client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants.
- Facilitate the resolution of any issues related to office services, including IT, security, and maintenance.

3. Sales & Business Development:

- Promote the office space to potential tenants to maximize occupancy.
- Participate in marketing activities and networking events to generate leads.
- Develop and implement strategies for attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Collaborate with external partners to expand service offerings and client base.

4. Financial Management:

- Assist with the budgeting and financial planning of the serviced office.
- Manage invoicing, rent collection, and track expenses.
- Prepare reports on occupancy levels, tenant satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations related to the office space.

5. Team Leadership:

- Supervise the office staff, including receptionists, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth office operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in office management, facilities management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with client relationship management.
- Ability to manage budgets and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
