Job Title: In-House Sales and customer support Executive
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in an in-house or inside sales and customer support role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
