Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure that all resources are available and in good working order.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update accurate records and databases.
- Assist with data entry and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Client and Vendor Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and communications with external parties.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for events.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
