**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate loan sales.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through effective networking and relationship-building activities.
- **Customer Consultation**:

- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Provide clear and accurate information on loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
- **Application Processing**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite loan processing and approvals.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Nurture and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Financial Knowledge**:

- Understanding of various loan products, interest rates, and financial terms.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
