Salesforce Administrator

**This position reports to the Manager GTM Systems and will be based in our Pune Office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.**
**What you’ll do**:
- Administer Procore’s Salesforce system setup and configuration including custom fields and objects, layouts, user provisioning, security, and permissions.
- Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce processes and users to understand the impact on configuration, workflow, and permission changes.
- Monitor and report on Salesforce system health and usage.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-5+ years of Salesforce administration, developer, or release experience supporting an enterprise-level SFDC instance.
- Experience with Salesforce data management tools (e.g. Data Loader or DemandTools). Working knowledge of SOQL and Developer Workbench is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a high degree of motivation, and deadline-driven productivity.
- Experience with Copado or other Salesforce deployment tools and strategies is a strong plus.
