**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and reaching out to potential customers, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.

**Responsibilities**
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Follow-up with the production team regarding client orders.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that jewelry products meet the brand's standards for craftsmanship, design, and materials.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in the Gem and B2B jewelry business, sales experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of jewelry industry trends and market

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
