- **HoReCa**)
- The Sales Representative shall be responsible for the sales performance of the General Trade Channel and HORECA segment. Experience in HORECA segment is must
- Target Driven approach and proven track record in FMCG Sales.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Excel and Data Analysis.
- Plan sales strategy meeting clients.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Able to do target base sales on daily basis.
- Should be able to do in-shop branding and proper utilization of POP material.
- To be able to search for New Distributors in their assigned areas and develop distribution network as per Company Policy.
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the Horeca channel.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients in the Horeca sector.
- Regularly visit customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and offer personalized solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Promotion and Branding**:
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to create awareness and demand for the FMCG products among Horeca clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products.
- **Order Management and Distribution**:
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing to meet customer demands and avoid stockouts.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to customers.
- **Sales Performance Analysis**:
- Track sales performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- **Negotiation and Pricing**:
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with Horeca clients to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor and manage pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market while maintaining profitability
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Use market intelligence to identify potential threats and opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and achieve common goals.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to sales and distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
- Qualification: Min - Graduate
- Experience Required: 3-5 years
- Should have good Geographical Knowledge of local area he/ she applied for.
- Salary will be as per working experience
