**JOB VACANCY: Inside Sales Associate**
**ABOUT US**
We at EAP-India partner with corporates to offer innovative Employee Assistance Programs. Our vision is to provide evidence-based professional psychological services that promote positive work communities throughout India and beyond.
We're a rapidly growing startup, emerging as a prominent service provider for Employee Assistance Programs in India. We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated team member, who not only understands the importance of mental health but is eager to drive the expansion of our client base nationwide.
**Job Title**: Inside Sales Associate
**Work Hours**: 11 AM T0 6 PM
**Position**: Full-Time
**Work Type**: Remote (India)
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**
- Implement lead generation strategies to identify and target potential clients within India.
- Utilize various channels for lead generation, including social media, industry events, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify potential clients through prospecting activities and qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure focus on high-potential opportunities.
**CRM Management**
- Accurately record, track, and manage sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system to enhance the sales process.
**Sales Presentations**
- Assist in developing and delivering sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value of EAP services to potential clients.
**Proposal & Tender**
- Support the creation of detailed proposals that effectively communicate the benefits, pricing, and terms of EAP services to prospective clients.
**Negotiation**
- Participate in negotiations with potential clients, employing effective techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
**Sales Pipeline Management**
- Contribute to the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads through to closure.
**Performance Analysis and Reporting**
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and performance against targets, contributing to reports on sales activities and forecasts.
**Client Onboarding Support**
- Support the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth handover from sales to service delivery.
**Compliance and Ethical Selling**
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards in sales activities, following company policies and promoting professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: A proven track record of success in effectively generating leads and driving sales experience in the EAP or related industry is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication (Hindi & English), negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
