Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company’s export sales targets, focusing on new market penetration and expanding our international client base.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on global markets to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors, specifically in the cable industry.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and consistent order placements.
- **Negotiation & Contract Management**: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales quotas for export markets by driving the company's cable product sales across regions.
- **Export Documentation**: Manage and coordinate the documentation process for export shipments, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain deep knowledge of our product lineup including PVC insulated cables, solar cables, industrial cables, etc., and communicate product benefits and technical specifications effectively to clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of orders and on-time delivery.
- **Reporting**: Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to the management team on a regular basis.
- **Customer Service**: Address client queries and resolve any issues related to sales, delivery, or product quality in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in international sales.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of international trade and export processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners globally.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Knowledge of global market trends and regulations related to import/export.
Compensation:
Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and benefits package will be offered.
