**Job Title - Field Sales Executive**

**Experience Required - 0 to 3 Years**

**Summary -**

**We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in designated territories. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Actively prospect and acquire new customers in assigned territories through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and other **lead-generation **methods.**

**Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.**

**Present, demonstrate, and promote our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.**

**Conduct product/service presentations and sales negotiations, effectively communicating value propositions and closing sales deals.**

**Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or surpassing assigned quotas.**

**Continuously assess market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.**

**Gather and provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and product/service improvements to internal teams for continuous product/service enhancement.**

**Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software.**

**Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to develop sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to overall sales growth.**

**Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively position our products/services and provide relevant information to customers.**

**Requirements**:
**Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and close sales deals.**

**Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain rapport with customers.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
