Field Sales Executive

**About Role**
Field Sales Executive is the face of the organization and is responsible for representing company to its clients. Field Sales Executive regularly interacts with clients from specific business categories and maintain business relationship with them. Field Sales Executive educate the clients about the business opportunities being provided by company via its authentic buyer traffic and easy-to-use technical tools. It is a client facing role that provides the opportunity to learn more and more about ever evolving e-commerce industry. The role requires a mix of technical as well as sales skills.
**Responsibilities**
- To acquire new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients over call.
- Identify new Client and set meeting with them on daily basis.
- To build knowledge-based relationship with clients and understand nitty-gritties of client’s business, like demand pattern, seasonality, key industries served, products bought by client, industry growth etc
- To build healthy sales funnel by reaching out to all the clients from allocated set of data and educating them about the products and services
- Appointment setting and regular follow-ups to close the sales funnels.
- To acquire all the targeted accounts within the region and generate business opportunities for the company’s products and services.
- To develop category expertise by understanding the technical aspects of products or services of their clients
- To constantly update client’s information and keep the client engaged to increase the visibility across search platforms.
- Forecasting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue
- Ensuring the achievement of sales target and managing sales support function
- Capturing category specific market intelligence & providing regular updates to management
**Key Skills Required**
- Proven negotiation skills and influencing abilities.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling and time management.
- Detail-oriented
**Basic Qualification**
- Graduation
- Relevant work experience: 0-3 years
- Work from Office
- Experience of field sales
- Demonstrated experience of achieving sales targets within Indian B2B industry
**Preferred Qualification**
- Any Graduate
- Exposure to e-commerce industry
- Knowledge of space selling.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and functioning of search engines
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
